SELFIX is a rubber modified coreless self-adhesive bitumen membrane having various types of surfacing material on the top side depending on end use requirements.

USES

TORCH is an APP modified bitumen torch on waterproofing membrane with non-woven polyester mat reinforcement with high mechanical properties and durability.

USES

  • SEALCOMP TORCH PM membranes may be used on accessible or inaccessible concrete roofs, balconies, wet areas such as kitchens and bath rooms
  • SEALCOMP TORCH PM is generally used for exposed application as the top surface with slate/granule is resistant to UV
PRIME is a solvent based general purpose roofing liquid primer formulated with high-quality bitumen, petroleum solvent & selective additives.

FELT is a polymer modified torch on roofing membrane with fiberglass mat reinforcement having excellent waterproofing properties and dimensional stability.

USES

  • SEALCOMP FELT membranes are ideal for general use in single or multi-layer waterproofing systems. They may be used on accessible or inaccessible concrete roofs, balconies, wet areas such as kitchens
    and bath rooms below grade structures or any smooth concrete surface that require waterproofing.
PRIME is a solvent based general purpose roofing liquid primer formulated with high quality bitumen, petroleum solvent & selective additives. SealComp Prime conforms to the requirement of ASTM D-41 TYPE 1.

USES

  • Concrete surface and Brick surface
  • Metal surface
  • Smooth asphalt roofs.
  • Primer coating for Concrete sloped roof before aesthetic singles roofing.

SealComp products are installed on parking decks to protect the structural concrete against corrosion caused by water and de-icing salt.
