System description

Anti corrosion tape--Inner Layer Tape T100 is two ply polyethylene (PE) anti-corrosion self-adhesive tapes. It is cold applied tape coating systems for corrosion protection of Water, Oil and Gas Pipelines. The anti corrosion tape T100 is engineered to assure a high bond to the primed surface with excellent conformability characteristics. Its application should after Primer and before Mechanical Protection Outer Layer. Similar to Polyken 980/955, T100/T200 anti corrosion tapes are recommended to use for steel and ductile iron pipes.

1. The anti corrosion tape--Inner Layer Tape T100 is manufactured in 15mil, 18mil, 20mil, 25mil, 30mil thickness. Standard color is Black.
2. The anti corrosion tape--Inner Layer Tape T100 ensures an easy and fast coating application. It is “cold” applied under prevailing environment temperatures of the products and surface, no need extra heat.
